- 20+ years' experience with Windows and Macintosh computers including installation, upgrades and technical support
- Familiarity of server operating systems including Linux, BSD, Windows and Macintosh OSX including installation and maintenance
- Extensive knowledge of various Internet protocols including HTTP, FTP, SSH, WebDAV, etc.
- Thorough knowledge of all major software packages including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, QuarkXPress, Macromedia Flash and Director, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Networking Skills
- Networking experience including cabling, routers and managed switches
- Experienced in setting up packet filtering firewalls and VPNs
Multimedia Skills
- Extensive Flash Actionscript programming including dynamic content served from MySQL databases
- Extensive Director Lingo programming experience
- Familiar with the pitfalls of cross platform CD-ROM production and deployment
