Consulted with clients to research and develop all multimedia programs and web solutions for this graphic design firm. Responsible for recommendations for server-side technology, databases, and Internet service providers as well as wireframes and general navigation of all sites and CD-ROMs. Alone or as a team leader, I have built dozens of extensive front- and back-end systems to support database-driven web sites.

Responsible for all technical aspects of the firm including all computer hardware/software, networking decisions and purchases for both Group C and our sister company, Commerce Color (a billboard printer). Managed the administration of all aspects of both companies' internal and external servers including web servers, file servers, print servers (RIPs) and database servers.

Agent/Assignment Manager

Original founder of the St. Louis office of this international company (originally known as MacTemps, Inc.). Recruited, interviewed and placed personnel in both temporary and permanent positions at design agencies and corporate offices. Was responsible for all initial marketing and sales for the office. Successfully grew this office to over one million dollars in sales by our third year with a healthy margin. Was credited for the fastest growing office in the history of the company (1996). Was honored for the highest customer satisfaction and second highest customer loyalty of 28 offices worldwide (1998).



Washington University Medical School       1993-1995
Lab Engineer - Neonatal Pain Research Laboratory

Duties included initial programming (using LabVIEW) and hardware development/procurement for research data collection. Also developed operations surrounding that collection including a standards manual. Worked with patients, doctors and nurses on a variety of procedures.

Programmer - Cardiovascular Biophysics Laboratory

Member of a small team responsible for all programming and operation of custom LabVIEW software on a data collection computer. Wrote original software for new and continuing research. Co-wrote and participated in the writing and submission of numerous NIH grants.
